Ingredients
  1. 2 pre-packaged naan flatbreads
  2. 1/4 cup three ingredient pizza sauce (http://omeletta.com/three-ingredient-pizza-sauce)
  3. 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  4. 1/2 cup leftover pulled pork
  5. 1 avocado
  6. 2 tablespoons crumbled cotija cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450*F.
  2. Divide the pizza sauce evenly between the naan flatbreads.
  3. Divide the shredded mozzarella evenly between the naan flatbreads.
  4. Divide the pulled pork evenly between the naan flatbreads.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and started to brown.
  6. While the naan pizza is baking, remove the peel and pit from the avocado and slice
  7. Remove the naan pizzas from the oven and top with the avocado slices
  8. Sprinkle each pizza with the cotija cheese. Serve hot, topped with hot sauce if you prefer.
